Its consultants Stanley Cauvain and Linda Young have between them 65 years experience of working in the baking industry. In addition they have written 8 books and numerous articles containing much technical and practical information.

Sometimes disagreements arise between supplier and manufacturer, or manufacturer and customer. We offer an independent and objective service to help clarify the issues involved and develop the solution. Our service also extends to acting as an ‘expert witness’ in more formal proceedings.
Technical assessment for equipment purchase
Expansion or modification of a bakery should be done from a position of knowledge about the products to be manufactured and the process by which they can be made consistently. Often the production staff do not have the time to stand back and do the ground work research for the equipment needed.
